Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Delivery time
Our products ship from partner warehouses. Estimated delivery after dispatch:
- United States: 7 to 15 business days
- Canada, United Kingdom, Australia: 8 to 18 business days
- Rest of the world: 10 to 25 business days
These are estimates. Carrier delays, customs and peak seasons (such as Black Friday and the holidays) can add a few days.
Shipping costs
Shipping rates are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Any active free-shipping offer will also be applied at checkout.
Multiple items
If you order several items, they may arrive in separate packages. Each package will have its own tracking number.
Customs and duties
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer.
Wrong address
Please double-check your address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we will do our best to update it. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost packages
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days of shipping, contact us and we will resend it or refund you in full. See our Refund Policy for details.
